Our base is in Luton (clients can be in a relationship or separated). We develop targeted services and create programs that address the unique issues faced by men and provide flexible service delivery. FCS provides a safe place for clients to be heard via face-to-face support, Group work, Programmes, Advocacy, and signposting.
We will complete a midway and end report, which can be provided to relevant professionals upon request. Our work methods have a clear developmental process and are worked out together with the clients. We aim to assist clients at an early intervention level, where communication has broken down regarding contact, to avoid costly court proceedings and social service intervention/escalation.
We offer services outside traditional hours and in locations that are more accessible or comfortable for men.

User LED CIC
User led CIC work in the field of criminal justice and offer supported accommodation to men who have served lengthy prison sentences on release from custody.
Many relationships break down due to long periods of incarceration and often men are prevented from seeing their children for long periods of time. It is considered that key to successful rehabilitation is maintaining “family ties” although it is common to find many men have not been fortunate to have managed that.
The re-establishment of connections with children is often difficult and ongoing support in building new relationships is necessary.

Focus Group
As part of FCS, we provide a support platform in the form of regular in-person open forum for participants to listen, express and discuss any issues or concerns each individual may be experiencing in a safe, non-judgmental environment with confidentiality at the forefront.
By sharing personal experiences, participants can learn from each other and oftentimes resolve internal as well as practical issues, leading to resolution and conflict.
